Mein Name ist Michael Thalhammer und ich komme aus Graz, das liegt in der grünen Steiermark. Ich bin Vater von drei erwachsenen Kindern und mehrfacher Großvater und lebe jetzt mit meiner Frau Maria Strausz in Wien. Vor meiner Pensionierung war ich hauptsächlich im sozialen Bereich tätig, habe aber auch öfter im handwerklichen Bereich gearbeitet.
Ich war schon von klein auf ein Tüftler. So habe ich schon als 6-jähriger Junge meiner Mutter einen funktionablen Handkurbel-Schlagobersrührer gebaut. Zwar bin ich kein ausgebildeter Techniker, doch bin ich im Praktischen geschickt. Weil ich unsere heutigen Lebensweisen als bedenklich in Richtung Unheil empfinde, wage ich mich auch ins Theologische, und erhoffe für mich und alle Leser den guten Nutzen daraus. Bitte überseht etwaige Fehleinschätzungen mit Nachsicht.
Meine liebevolle Frau nennt mich gelegentlich scherzhaft "Materialtester".

Seit über 20 Jahren entwickle ich nachhaltige technologische Ideen in den Bereichen Mobilität, Landwirtschaft, zero-plastic, nachhaltiges Bauen und einiges mehr. Als Open-Source-Networker erhoffe ich, meine Ideen auf dem freien Markt (ohne finanzielle Absicht), bald umgesetzt zu sehen. Aber meine große Vision bleibt: TWS als globales Stationsnetzwerk

Zumindest auf Papier war meine Familie evangelisch getauft. Meine späte, aber bewusste Hinwendung zum Christlichen machte aus mir zwar keinen anderen oder „besseren“ Menschen, und doch wurde ich seither fröhlicher, sanfter und geduldiger. Bei mir hieß es: aufschreiben, was mir der Geist nächtlich an Ideen eingab und es publik machen, sowie Treue halten in Ehe und besonders in der religiösen Orientiertheit.
Bevor ich mich vor 13 Jahren zum katholischen Glauben entschied, war ich auch in einer "freien Christengemeinde". Dort fühlte ich mich von deren gruppendynamischem Charisma angezogen, ja begeistert.
Heute lebe ICH in der wertvollen Hoffnung, ja Gewissheit, auf eine befreite Zukunft. Jeder und Jede - Straßenkehrer, Manager, Fleißige, Träge, Kranke, Kinder und Greise - sie stehen dann in gleichem Lohn. Revolutionen, Programme und bisherige Zwänge sind dann vorüber, und es hebt die volle Freiheit vom bisherigen Wirtschaftskampf an.
Geld „gilt“ dann nicht als Mammon; es „spielt“ dann neue Melodien - im gegenseitigen Dienen und Helfen; und in allgemeiner Liebe zu Gott und zur Schöpfung. Diese harmonische »Lobgesangswährung« wird im neuen Jerusalem ein weithin sichtbares Leuchten und eine weithin spür- und hörbare Freude haben.

PS.:  Soeben, am 21.05.2025, zeigte mein Verdachtsbefund am Thorax-Röngten einen faustgroßen Tumor. Ich hoffte, dass er mittels der heute möglichen Therapien, auch noch eine gewisse Zeit lang friedlich bleiben kann. Auch denke ich: Aus Gottes Hand geht nichts verloren. Mal sehen, was Gott noch mit mir vor hat - mein Gebet um Heilung ist schon erhört! Danke – Halleluja.
Zur onkologischen Befundbesprechung am 24.06. erfuhr ich, dass meine seltene Ros-1 fusion sehr gut mit täglich 3 Tabletten im Zaum bleibt. Mir scheint: das ganze RADIOMARIA-Sendestudio hat, wie in einer Familie, bei Gott meine Gesundung erbeten … 

Einstweilen scheint sich der ganze Krebs-Spuk, Gott sei gedankt, aus meiner Lunge verabschiedet zu haben / 22.9.2025 und 19.1.2026.

Meine Zeit steht in deinen Händen. Nun kann ich ruhig sein, ruhig sein in dir. Du gibst Geborgenheit, du kannst alles wenden. Gib mir ein festes Herz, mach es fest in dir.

My name is Michael Thalhammer and I come from Graz, which is in green Styria. I am a father of three adult children and a grandfather of several times and now live in Vienna with my wife Maria Strausz. Before I retired, I worked mainly in the social sector, but also often did manual work. I was a tinkerer from an early age. As a 6-year-old boy, I built my mother a usable, hand-cranked whipped cream mixer. Although I am not a trained technician or theologian, I am practical and I find today's way of life to be ominous and ominous. So I'm venturing out on both topics and just hoping for the best. Please disregard any misconceptions with humorous forbearance. My loving wife occasionally jokingly calls me “material tester.”

At least on paper, our family was baptized Protestant. My late but conscious turn to Christianity did not make me a different or “better” person, and yet I have become happier, gentler and more patient since then. For me it was: write down the ideas that my mind gave me at night and make them public, and stay faithful in relationships, marriage and religion.

Before I decided to convert to the Catholic faith 15 years ago, I was also in a "free Christian community". There I felt attracted and excited by their group dynamic charisma.

Today, I live in the precious hope, even certainty, of a liberated future. Everyone and everyone - street sweepers, managers, hard-working, indolent, sick, children and the elderly - will then receive equal pay. Revolutions, programmes and previous constraints will then be over, and full freedom from the previous economic struggle will set in.
 Money is then not “counted” as mammon; it then “plays” new melodies - in serving and helping each other; and in general love to God and for creation. This harmonious “currency of praise” will have a radiance that can be seen from far away and a joy that can be felt and heard from far away in the new Jerusalem

It is becoming increasingly clear to everyone that no organization or purely human luminary that we have created can manage to bring the chaotic disorder that we have caused to the highly artfully structured nature as a whole back into balance. It is not without God's help that we succeed in our slow ascent to selfless and possibly all-encompassing love.
And yet: The great judgment of God, which begins in this world, is for each his own. Some who sink into the water as if with a millstone around their neck - and others who, as if with a lifebuoy, are buoyed by personal faith, willingness to help, affirmation of life and trust and thus avoid general ruin.

The completely absurd network of interest-bearing money still prevails, which will or can give way to a general "we" in the light of the slowly diminishing competitive spirit. As long as there is no willingness to recognize and alleviate the plight of the hungry, those threatened by war and the excesses of pomp and poverty, no technical innovations, more education or prevention programs will help!
It needs and comes the fulfillment of the biblically predicted “New Jerusalem” and with it its “living water”. Only there will heavenly descended space be ready as a “habitat” for all who are of good will. Let us ask God for positive, inner change, in wisdom and insight!


May this succeed - with general respect for other religions and cultures - and coupled with loyalty to one's own faith.

PS: Just now, on 21 May 2025, my suspected findings on the chest X-ray showed a fist-sized tumour. I hoped that with the therapies available today, it could remain peaceful for a while longer. I also believe that nothing is lost from God's hand. Let's see what God still has in store for me; 1 John 5:14-15. Amen.
On 8 June 2025, Pentecost Sunday, I attended Mass with my wife at the Schönbrunn Palace Chapel. It became very clear to me that my prayer for healing had already been answered! Thank you – Hallelujah.

At the oncology consultation on 24 June, I learned that my rare ROS-1 fusion is being kept under control very well with three tablets a day. It seems to me that the entire RADIOMARIA broadcasting studio, like a family, prayed to God for my recovery... 

For now, thank God, the whole cancer nightmare seems to have disappeared from my lungs / 22 September 2025 and 2 January 2026.

My time is in your hands. Now I can be calm, calm in you. You give security, you can turn everything around. Give me a steadfast heart, make it steadfast in you.
Worries torment me and become too much for me. Discouraged, I ask: What will tomorrow bring? But you love me, you will not let me go. Father, you will be with me.     Peter Strauch
